Code of Conduct

  • Partners & representatives: We work with partners who believe in human rights, fair labor practices, ethical business standards, and compliance with laws and regulations. 

We encourage everyone to report any concerns or misconduct, and we investigate all reports confidentially and without retaliation.

Compliance with data regulation

We believe in being open and are committed to following applicable EU regulations.

Where we operate

Our companies and the data services we offer are spread across various EU and EEA countries. The jurisdiction for our data processing depends on factors such as where the infrastructure is located, where the processing happens, and where the service provider is based. You can find a list of our operative companies and their locations here.

Moving your data

If you’re new to our services, we can help you get your existing data into our system. 

If you’re switching to another provider, we’ll assist with the move and make sure your service continues smoothly during the switch. 

Our service-specific documentation, available to customers and when making the service agreement, includes details on data formats and procedures for switching and porting from our services.

Protecting your data

To keep your data safe from international government access outside the EU/EEA, we use a range of technical, organizational, and contractual safeguards. These include data encryption, access controls, staff training and guidelines, as well as contractual limits on third-party access.
