We opened our doors to curiosity and offered children a day at work

Curiosity sparks new ideas. Today we had plenty, as we celebrated Finnish nationwide Children’s Day at Work day at Finago offices across the country. Employees’ children spent the day discovering where the adults in their lives work, what working life is all about, and the many professions that exist.

At Finago, people and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. By inviting children to join us, we opened a conversation about what working life can look like. To us, it shows as inspiring, safe, and full of opportunities. Also, as continuous learning.

For Finago employees, balancing work and family life is part of everyday life. Today was no exception. Many children spent part of the day with us at the office and then continued in the familiar environment when their parent switched to remote work at home.
