New Finago Recruit solution improves candidate experience and recruitment efficiency
Finago is launching Finago Recruit, a new recruitment solution designed to meet the demands of modern recruitment. It enables modern candidate experience, efficient recruitment process, and seamless data flow into HR and payroll processes. The solution has been developed in partnership with TalentAdore.
Finago Recruit is designed for organisations that want to build a positive employer image through clear, transparent, and candidate-respectful processes. At the same time, it significantly eases everyday work of recruiters, managers, and HR professionals.
The Finago solutions supports the entire recruitment process from application submission to employment contract creation and electronic signing. Data also flows automatically from the recruitment phase into HR, payroll, and employment processes.
