Finago’s 2025 Sustainability Highlights – people, information security and supply chain in focus

We have today published our 2025 Sustainability Highlights. It offers our customers, partners and all stakeholders a transparent view of how we build trust, resilience and long term value through responsible business practices. It highlights our progress in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas.

Report highlights

We have a clear focus on people, information security, and a responsible supply chain. They are all critical to us for delivering reliable, secure and future‑proof financial software.

External verification, clear standards and independent assessment prove our activities. We’re basing our work on science, not empty promises. Concrete actions. Real progress. Visible impact.

A short summary of our sustainability activities:

• Strengthening managerial capabilities in supporting employee well-being
• Granting ownership to all employees through the broad‑based ownership program
• Gender-based equality level of 45% women and 55% men
• Retaining the ISO 27001 certification for consolidated Information Security Management Systems covering whole Finago
• Completing supply chain sustainability surveys, sanctions checks and requirement for agreeing with Supplier Code of Conduct to build trust
• EcoVadis Gold medal for the second year in a row.

This is our first sustainability report as one pan-Nordic company after Accountor Software, Heeros and 24SevenOffice became Finago in 2025. From now on, we’re strengthening our sustainability work across all the countries we operate in.
