Competition authority has approved Finago’s acquisition of UKKO.fi

We published on 17 March 2026, that it has made an agreement to acquire Finnish financial technology company UKKO.fi’s parent company SPL Company Oy’s entire share capital. The acquisition supports Finago’s continued development as a leading business software provider in the Nordics.

The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved the transaction on 8 April 2026. The aim is to complete the acquisition in the coming weeks.
