Automatic transaction transfer for Eurocard purchases saves time when processing travel and expense invoices. The transactions can be processed quickly and even travel invoices can be created regardless of time and place as long as you are connected to the Internet.
The Eurocard connection facilitates the processing of travel and expense invoices, as the company’s Eurocard and travel account purchase information can be automatically transferred to Procountor.
The interface is a service provided by SEB Kort Bank AB, and its purpose is to allow your company’s card and travel account transactions to be automatically transferred into a travel and cost management application.
The transaction transfers can be activated for company cards alone or for the import of both company card and travel account transactions. Both transaction types are processed in the same manner in Procountor, through travel invoices.
Automatic transaction retrieval
Thanks to new transactions being automatically imported from the Eurocard service to Procountor on a daily basis, one month’s Eurocard invoices can be balanced with just a few clicks. Automatic data retrieval expedites transaction processing and improves reliability. More information on retrieving transactions is available in the Procountor manual.
