Procountor contract invoicing is useful for companies that invoice their customers regularly for products or services. Items invoiced on a regular basis may include, for example:
- rent
- administration services
- projects
- cleaning services
- magazine and newspaper subscriptions
- membership fees
In Procountor, the contract information is saved to the customer’s basic information. This information includes the contract number, contents, start date and possible end date, invoicing interval (1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12 months) and the product or service to be invoiced.
You can also add other products and services to the invoice when creating the invoice. For example, when you run contract invoicing once a month, the function will retrieve all the contracts for which invoicing is required during the month in question, but which have not yet been invoiced.
