Finago closes 2025 with over €200 million in recurring revenue and enters 2026 with continued growth
Finago closed 2025 with strong growth, reaching over €200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and a growth of 40% propelled by strong demand as well as mergers and acquisitions. Growth continues into 2026 with positive momentum across all businesses. With solid profitability we continue to invest confidently in what matters most to our customers, including new AI-powered features.
Behind these results are more than 170,000 customers across the Nordics running their finance and HR processes on Finago Procountor, Finago Mepco, Finago Apix, Finago Office, and several other Finago solutions. We support them together with a growing partner ecosystem and more than 850 colleagues in Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
What 2025 was really about
Three things drove the result, and they continue to shape 2026: faster releases, deeper automation, and the first wave of AI features.
Our customers are already using our new AI solutions like Ask and Procountor Junior. The principle is simple: when customers ask more of their software, we deliver more, so daily work becomes faster, easier, and more reliable. With less manual effort.
We invest ahead of the curve. Making Finago Procountor AI-native isn’t a roadmap item, it’s our product direction. The goal is concrete: every Finago customer should feel AI in how their daily work gets easier and done.
Our platform growth was boosted by acquisitions. In 2025, Heeros strengthened our offering and in May2026, the acquisition of UKKO.fi, extended Finago into the self-employed and light-entrepreneur segment. UKKO.fi brings a natural fit with how the Nordic finance and HR market for microsegment is evolving.
“2025 was a strong year by any measure – 40% growth, expanding margins, and customers who keep asking us to do more for them. Our focus in 2026 is to make sure we use that position well: investing in AI where it makes a real difference to the daily work of our customers and accounting offices, and continuing to build Finago as the Nordic leader in finance and HR software,” says Lars Engbork, Group CEO of Finago.
